This session will help you reclaim and heal your child-self from 6 to 18 months old. This will help you trust that you can move safely through the world and use your senses to be active and creative.

Affirmation for this Session:
I am safe and secure to move through the world true to me. I am creative and active in a way that honors my true nature.

This stage of your childhood is from 6 months to 18 months old. At this phase of your child development, you needed validation from your parents that you were safe to start moving through the world. This is the time in your life you started to crawl and learn to walk and you needed to hear that you could trust your senses to explore the world and that you could be creative and active.
Repeat this affirmation after me, “I am safe and secure to move through the world true to me. I am creative and active in a way that honors my true nature.”
Close your eyes and turn your attention inward. See yourself standing in the light with your spiritual support there to help you. You see a timeline that takes you back into your past to the time you were an infant between 6 months and 18 months old. See yourself learning to crawl or walk as a small child. Bend over and pick yourself up and bring that self to the light to give you the emotional healing you deserve.
Open your eyes. While tapping, repeat the following after me, “Even though I may not have been validated for having the right to move through the world true to me, I now give that to myself and allow God to aid me in that healing. Releasing reluctance to move forward in my life, reluctance to initiate, being cautious and careful. Is this the right move? I’m not sure. Afraid. Careful. Overthinking it. Afraid to move forward. I don’t know if this is the right direction. Discouraged. Frustrated. Letting go of, ‘I get in my own way.’ Attracting people who tell me I’m doing it wrong. Don’t trust myself. Attracting opposing opinions. Releasing all the times I was told in my life, ‘Stop that. Don’t do that.’ Releasing, moving, moving, moving, but feel like I never get anywhere. Helpless. Hopeless. Letting go of lack of money, time, support. Afraid to try new things. Trapped trauma. Fear of doing it wrong. Unwanted. Unloved.”
“Have to control things just to have permission to move forward. Letting go of resentful of feeling held back. Releasing stifled in my movement. Afraid to make a wrong move. Let it all go. Take a deep breath in and exhale all that resistance. Let it go.
Place your hand on your chest connecting with your heart energy and repeat after me, “I forgive myself for holding myself back and stifling my movement. I am doing the best I know how. I forgive my parents for not giving me permission to move through the world true to myself. They did the best they knew how.”
Close your eyes. Imagine holding that little toddler in your arms, looking into that little toddler’s eyes. And while you repeat the following statements, it’s as though you were telling that little child, “This is their truth.” Open your eyes. While tapping, repeat after me. “We love you when you are active. We love you when you are quiet. You can know what you want. You can move forward in your way, at your pace. You can know what you want and go for it. You can explore different ways of doing things. You can be creative and use your creativity as you choose. You are safe and protected as you move through the world.”
Now, claim these truths for yourself by repeating after me, “I am free to move forward. I am knowing the direction I should move forward in. I am enjoying my growth. I am excited to move forward. I’m excited to move forward into new opportunities. I am accepting of guidance. I am grounded in my body. I am supported by others in the direction I’m going. I am exploring the world and trying new things.” Making those connections, feeling the freedom to move, true to your own self. Take a deep breath in and fill yourself with the sense of freedom of movement.
Close your eyes and see that little toddler feeling safe and secure in your arms. Bring that energy into your heart, receiving this truth on all levels. Wrap your arms around yourself, giving yourself that self-acknowledgment. Open your eyes. Any time you feel stifled and stuck like you can’t move forward in life, come do this clearing. You deserve to know the truth. You are safe and free to move through the world, true to yourself.
