The emotions of grief and sadness are a natural part of our human experience. When we experience loss and disappointment, we often feel grief and sadness. Being stuck in grief and sadness can be very debilitating. Your energy may have a habit of staying in a slow vibration like grief and sadness, and you need to retrain it to stay at a higher, faster vibration like peace and happiness. This clearing will assist you with that.
Repeat this affirmation after me, “I am grateful. I am whole and healed. I am at peace and feeling calm.”
While tapping, repeat after me, “Even though I have been grieving and feel sad, I’m ready to let this heal. Even though I feel this deep pain, I am choosing to overcome it. Even though I feel empty inside, I am ready to heal. Even though I have had a difficult life, I am ready for a new life. Releasing pain, deep grief, brokenhearted, sorrow. My heart aches. I feel like I could die. Empty, lonely.”
“Releasing the hurt and sadness, letting it all go. Releasing: the future seems so bleak. Depressed. Trapped in the sadness. Unhappy. Dread of tomorrow. Another hard day. Let it all go. Releasing burdened, scared, overwhelmed with so much sadness. Empty inside. Can’t be alone. Angry. Frozen in grief. Too many losses. It’s too big for me to overcome. Letting go of all the fear. Choked up. Lost part of myself. Nobody there for me. Deep grief. Want to die. Immobilized. Releasing afraid of the future. No way out. Panic. Can’t cope. Just want to go to sleep. Always feel like crying. Pressure in my chest, letting it all go once and for all.”
Let it go. Tap all over your body, letting go of the energy of sadness that your body’s gotten so used to. Breathe out the energy of grief. Let it go from every tissue, every muscle, joint, organ. Let it go.
Place your hand on your chest, connecting with your heart energy and repeat after me, “I forgive myself. I have done the best I know how with my life. I forgive myself for not being stronger. I forgive myself for feeling insecure. I have done the best I know how.”
Continue tapping while repeating after me, “Thank you, God, I am healed. I’m at peace with my life. I am trusting that all my experiences in my life are purposeful. I am feeling contentment. I am secure with my experiences. I am strong. I am clear. I am ready to move on. I am remembering happiness. Every cell awakening to more light. Raising the vibration in my body. Thank you, God, I am relieved. I am fulfilled. I am revitalized and energized and processing my grief. I am free to experience joy now. Thank you, God, life is working out for me. Miracles are showing up. I am receiving the love and support of others. I am grateful. I am free of burdens and full of hope.”
Take a deep breath in and fill your whole body with hope and feel a lightness, making those connections tapping on your body, training your body to hold a higher vibration, a truth of who you are. It is easy to get stuck in grief when we have gone through more challenging events and feel weak and tired and like it’s never going to end. It is important to get the help you need at those times and continue to do this clearing work.
It is easy to feel sad a lot if we put our focus on all the things there are to feel sad about in this world. They definitely are there. It requires a daily commitment to train your mind to focus on the positive, the good, the miracles because they certainly are there to be noticed.
