This session will assist you in clearing any sleep issues you may be having due to limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, or family patterns. You’ll be free to create a new, healthy pattern of sleep to support your overall health and well-being.

When to Use

You Are Experiencing:

Insomnia that keeps you awake at night

Exhaustion during the day from lack of sleep

Fear of going to bed since you can’t sleep anyway

Increased stress as time ticks away at night

You Want To:

Fall asleep right away when you go to bed

Wake up in the morning, feeling energized

Enjoy going to bed because of all the rest you’ll get

Sleep soundly throughout the night

Session Transcript

Whether you have challenges with going to bed, getting to sleep, sleeping through the night, or any other sleep issues, this clearing will assist you in clearing the limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, and family patterns that are causing you to have sleep issues. As a result of clearing these limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, and family patterns, you’ll be free to create a healthy new pattern of sleep to support your overall health and well-being. Place a few drops of the “I Am Nurtured” Healing Oil on your fingertips to support you in clearing the old energy you are ready to release.

Repeat this affirmation after me, “I am grateful for all the consistent nights of sleep I am easily experiencing night after night after night.”

Start tapping while repeating after me, “Letting go of, I’ve never been able to sleep easily, insomnia runs in my family, it’s not safe to go to bed, afraid something bad will happen when I’m asleep, need to stay up to be safe. Releasing fatigue, performance impairment the next day, mood disturbances, social discomfort, have to worry about getting to bed all because I don’t sleep enough. Letting go of the patterns of excessive time spent in bed, irregular sleep schedule, daytime napping, sleep incompatible activities at night, inappropriate use of drugs and hypnotics. Tapping out all of the worry over not getting enough sleep or being able to go to sleep easily. Constantly ruminating over the consequences of not getting enough sleep. I really must get some sleep. I have so much work tomorrow. I might get sick if I don’t sleep. I really must get some sleep. Wide awake at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m. Releasing just laying in my bed trying to go to sleep. Overactive mind trying to force sleep. Should I get up? Should I stay in bed? Battle in my own head. Exhausted but I can’t get the rest I need. It’s making me crazy. Letting go, once and for all, of all of the times I’ve thought I won’t be able to function tomorrow. I’ll have to cancel my plans. Insomnia is destroying my health. I have to get eight hours of sleep every night. I have to catch up on the sleep I’ve missed.” Release it on all levels. Let it go once and for all. Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale. Let it all go.

Put your hand on your heart energy, center of your chest, and repeat after me, “I forgive myself for creating a pattern of struggle with sleep. I forgive my parents for not supporting me in creating healthy sleep patterns. I forgive myself for any future times I may sabotage myself as I change this pattern.”

Continue tapping while repeating the following, “Thank you, God, sleep is easy. I am grateful for the ease I experience with falling asleep every night. I am creating new healthy patterns with sleep. It is safe to go to bed. I am safe while I am asleep, making new connections, creating new patterns. I am rested. I am patient as this pattern shifts. I am nurtured. I am vital and alive, and my sleep supports me. I am getting enough sleep. It is easy and enjoyable.

“Tapping in the new pattern. I am creating new patterns with sleep. I’m experiencing just enough time in bed. I am learning from and listening to my body. My body knows how much rest it needs to be healthy. I take time to rest during the day when it’s supportive. I’m going to sleep on my own free of any drugs or hypnotics. My body knows how to go to sleep. It is built-in. Thank you, God, I’m at peace with my experience with sleeping. I am grateful I now go to sleep easily. I am healthy and well. I’m grateful my body is strong as I easily go to sleep at an appropriate time. Letting myself have this new experience with sleep. I go to bed, lay down, and go to sleep. My mind is quiet and still. I easily drift off. I am asleep before I know it. I am grateful that I sleep through the night. I am at peace.”

Breathe it in. Take in that energy. Let yourself, as you exhale, feel it all settle into the body turning on more light and truth in the whole body. And then tap all over your whole body, making those new connections. Using the “I Am Nurtured” Healing Oil by applying a few drops on your feet and your neck or diffusing it in an oil diffuser while you sleep will help your body relax and fall into a comfortable sleep more easily. Continue to use this clearing and any clearing and affirmation statements that you need to support yourself throughout the day to create new thoughts, emotions, and patterns with sleep. Your body instinctually knows how and wants to fall asleep. As you believe this, you empower your body to do what it does naturally.
