Session Transcript

This healing takes you through a process of tapping and repeating all positive affirmations that reference your right to be here, to thrive, and to create a life that supports you. This helps us instill in our subconscious and conscious thinking mind the truth of who we are, and activates an energy to more effortlessly attract affluence into our lives.

Repeat this affirmation after me: “I am here, I am worthy, I am loved, I am supported.”

Close your eyes and imagine your infant self. As you presence her or him, tell your infant self that these are all the truths they were meant to hear the first few months of their life. Say to yourself “I am giving it to myself now. I am receiving it as if it had been given then.”

Go ahead and open your eyes and while tapping repeat after me. “Thank you. God, I am here, I am welcomed, I am wanted, I am taken care of, I am supported, I am okay to have needs, I am okay to have wants. Thank you, God, I am feeling the truth of who I am. I am safe and secure, I am free, I am confident, I am assertive. It’s okay to create; it’s okay to grow and change.”

Tap it into every cell, connecting with these truths. “I am living in the present, I am filled with joy and happiness, I am grateful for my life of learning. I am kind, I am loving, I am a good person, I create my life.”

Take a deep breath and fill your whole body full of light, connecting with the truths that are in you, bringing them to your conscious thinking mind.

Take the energy of your infant self and place it in your cupped hands, and bring that energy into your heart. Breathe that in. You can add any of your own affirmations and create your own list of positive truths that you want to anchor into your subconscious and conscious mind. Give to yourself what you were meant to have at the origin of your life.
