Session Transcript

I am a mind bender. I understand that my mind is a tool that is meant to be used to focus energy on what is desirable and correct for me. I am worthy of an affluent life, so I use my thinking mind to assist me in creating that affluent life. What I put my attention on, I flow energy to and it expands. I am now choosing to focus on what I want, so it expands and manifests in my life. If I am thinking about what I don’t want, I am prompted and nudged to become aware of what I want instead, and I easily change my thoughts to those desired outcomes. I am grateful that every day I have the opportunity to train my mind to do what I want it to do.

My thoughts serve me in creating the life I want. I am blessed with an understanding and perception of every experience of my life that invites and awakens peaceful and soothing feelings inside of me. I easily and quickly clear negative beliefs and thinking that would cause more drama and upset to manifest in my life. It’s amazing what is showing up in my life. I thank my mind for always being there for me to use to help me manifest more affluence, ease, and joy in all areas of my life.

I am taking time to use my mind to imagine my life the way I want it to be. My mind recognizes that my natural state is one of prosperity and affluence. I notice and catch myself thinking thoughts that make life harder than it needs to be, then I ask myself, “What do I want?” I quickly change my thoughts to support me in feeling good. I send this energy out into my world and good things easily show up for me.

If I am presented with a situation that seems hard, I embrace the challenge that is before me and use my mind to come up with potential outcomes that support my highest and greatest good. I am thankful for my thinking mind and the power it has to help me create my life.
