Healing Plan for Beauty and Self-Image

2-week plan, 20-30 minutes a day

This 2-week healing plan will assist you in clearing and healing the long-standing belief that your body and your appearance is flawed. You will also clear and heal deeply-held negative emotions that surface on a regular basis when you look in the mirror, go shopping, get dressed, and groom yourself.

In the media culture, beauty is often portrayed as a very tall, thin woman. Consider the possibility that this perception is flawed. You are not the one who is flawed. It is the belief and perception of what beauty is that you project onto yourself that is flawed.

At the end of this 2-week healing plan, you will connect with the truth of who you are as a woman—that you are beautiful, attractive, and worthwhile. With this truth anchored in your being, you will begin to more consistently think positive thoughts about yourself and appearance along with feeling gratitude for yourself. As a result, you will easily create a personal style that truly expresses who you are.

How to Use This Healing Plan

Under each tab, follow the instructions for healing techniques and sessions. Check off your progress as you go. This process is simple and powerful!

5 Daily Practices

15-20 minutes each day

Do each of these short exercises every day of this 2-week healing plan. In other words, do these daily practices along with the healing sessions for Week 1. When you move on to Week 2, continue to do these practices daily.

The list may look long, but the techniques are quick once you’re familiar with them. Each technique resets your experience so you can create confidence in your beauty.

This daily script will help you experience a positive relationship with your body and appearance. As you create health and beauty routines that express your authentic self, you will naturally manifest the energy of this new script in your life.

These affirmations will help train your mind to create positive thoughts about your own unique beauty. This session is supportive to listen to while getting ready in the morning, before shopping, or while participating in any self-care routines.

Each day, choose one (or several) of the following sentences to finish. Write your answers in a journal or notebook. Write quickly. No overthinking. See what comes up. Keep this practice fresh by selecting a different sentence to finish each day.

Week 1 Practices

4 sessions

In this first week of your healing plan, watch each healing session at least one time.

Space out the sessions in consecutive days. (All at once is too much!) If you have time, watch each session twice. You can also watch any of these healing sessions at any time when they would be supportive.

(Do not move on to Week 2 sessions until 7 days pass. Consider marking your calendar.)

This welcome call focuses on how to tap into the energy of the group as we all move through this plan together. Even if you’re watching this at a later date, the energy is still there. Carol takes you through a visualization to set your intention and put the energy into motion so that the next two weeks are enlightening, freeing, and healing.
This session will help you heal any shameful judgments you have about your body and appearance. You will love and appreciate the body you have, which results in you caring better for it.
This session will help you clear any dissatisfaction and frustration you have with your hair. What would it be like to say “I love my hair” and really mean it? This clearing exercise makes that possible.
This session will help you let go of old beliefs that have kept you from knowing your true worth and loving yourself—just as you are. You will notice an increase in your self-esteem and self-acceptance of your body and appearance as you do this clearing and shower yourself with love.
This session will help you heal old patterns so that you can create a new positive experience with your style and wardrobe. How do you feel about what’s in your closet? Do you feel confident about your personal style? Are you still afraid to post your #OOTD (outfit of the day)? Immerse yourself in this experience, and come back to it whenever you need to. Let’s get started!

Watch each of the 4 healing sessions below at least one time. Watch sessions twice if you have time, or again at any time when they would be supportive.

Each day of this week, continue to do the 4 practices under the “Daily” tab.

This session will help you release the patterns of sabotaging your appearance by overeating. The visualization at the end of the session will free you to step into a new experience of accepting and loving your body and appearance.
This session will help you with patterns of struggle with shopping. Do you frequently experience frustration and disappointment that you can’t find what you want, that the items you like don’t fit, or that what you love is too pricey? This session will assist you in clearing all of that and more. As a result, you will create a new healthy pattern so that every time you shop, you feel happy about how easily the right things at the right price show up for you!
This session will help you clear any negative experiences or associations you have with makeup. Whether you feel conflicted about using makeup or you lack the skills to use it properly or are somewhere midrange, this session will help you reset your experience. You will feel free to use makeup when and how it is best for you to enhance your Type of beauty.
This session will help you embrace your value as a human being in your energy, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. You deserve to thrive, and this session of exclusively positive affirmations will help you secure that belief in yourself.
