Writing your own clearing scripts is a great tool to support you in clearing your presenting issues. Anything that is presenting in your life that has an emotional charge connected to it is telling you it is ready to be cleared. In writing your own scripts, remember, your intent and affirmation are actually more powerful than any right or wrong to the technique.

Allow yourself to feel the emotion that is coming to the surface and use the clearings to put words to how you are feeling while you are allowing yourself to feel everything that is there. Emotion needs to be expressed in order to heal. Using your own clearing scripts will help you express, in both word and feeling, what has never been expressed that is ready to be cleared.

In contrast, you may think, “I have to clear this because I don’t want to feel this way.” What you really want is to not get stuck in those feelings. Trust that you will not get stuck as you are using tools to move the energy in a way that it can now heal. To make it easy for you, I’ve created a clearing script template which you can personalize every time you want to create your own clearing script.

You can find that here below the video. Let me show you how this is done. Let’s start with an affirmation. Repeat this affirmation after me. “I am successfully writing my own clearing scripts. I am allowing myself to feel and say what is wanting to be expressed, and as a result, I heal.”

Think of an issue that is presenting in your life right now that has your attention. You’ve been thinking about it a lot and there’s some charged emotion in reference to it. Tune into the feelings that are coming up.

Notice the thoughts that are running through your mind.

Step One in writing your own clearing script is to grab a notepad and a pen and finish the following sentences. “I am feeling…” Finish that sentence. Now, take that same feeling and put it in the space of the feeling. “I am feeling…” Whatever you just wrote. “I am feeling…” Fill it in. “Because…” What comes to mind. Write whatever comes to mind.

For example, I am feeling bugged.

I am feeling bugged because I wasn’t respected.

Now, you’re going to repeat that at least four more times. “I am feeling…” Write whatever comes up. “I am feeling…” Identify the feeling. “Because…”

For example, I am feeling angry.

I am feeling angry because he didn’t listen to me.

Step Two. The next statement you will write out is, “What I really think about this issue is…”

For example, what I really think about this issue is he had no right to do this.

So write that out, four or five times, “What I really think about this issue is…” Fill in the blank with whatever comes up. Another example, what I really think about this issue is it’s not fair. If there is anyone else involved in this issue, do this next step.

Step Three. “When it comes to…” Name the other person, “And this issue, I feel…” Fill in the blank, “Because…” Fill in the blank.

For example, when it comes to Steve and this issue, I feel worried because I feel like my feelings won’t be considered.

Another example: When it comes to Steve and this issue, I feel angry because I feel like it’s his fault and I have to pay. So continue this at least four to five more times filling in the blank parts of those statements.

With this information, you will now write your script.

Take all the reasons you identified in step one and add them to this phrase: “I am letting go of all the reasons I feel this way, including…” Fill in the blank. For example, I am letting go of all of the reasons I feel this way, including being taken advantage of, not respected.

Next, take all the thoughts you are having about this issue that you identified in step two and add them to this phrase, “I am letting go and releasing all of the thoughts I have about this issue, including…” Fill in the blank with what you identified.

For example, I am letting go of and releasing all of the thoughts I have about this issue, including he had no right to do this, it’s not fair, I never get my way.

Now, take all of the judgments and blame you have towards the person involved in this issue that you identified in step three and include them in this phrase, “I am letting go of my blame and judgment towards…” Name the person. “For doing and saying the following.” Fill in the blank with what you identified in step three. For example, I am letting go of my blame and judgment towards Steve for doing and saying the following: not considering my feelings, making me pay when it’s his fault.

At the end of the script, include forgiving yourself and anyone else in this issue by including the following statements in your script. “I forgive myself for…” Fill in the blank. “I am doing the best I know how.” For example, I forgive myself for getting bugged. I am doing the best I know how. Now, forgive the other person. I forgive Steve for not considering my feelings. He is doing the best he knows how.”

Now, you will write out what you want. To do this, look at each of the feelings and thoughts you have listed in steps one, two, and three, and write the opposite of what you wrote. “The feelings I want include…”

For example, the feelings I want include respected, honored. The thoughts I want include my feelings are respected. The experience I want to have that would be the opposite of this issue is I am asked before my things are taken. What I want to experience with the other person is mutual respect and love.

You will do the same three steps for the positive feelings. Step one, take the above wants that you have identified and include them in each of the following statements. “I am grateful I am now feeling…” For example, “I am grateful I am now feeling respected, honored. I am grateful I am now thinking…” Fill in the blank. For example, “I am grateful I am now thinking I am worth it.” Step two, “I am grateful I am now experiencing…” Fill in the blank. For example, “I am grateful I am now experiencing love and respect.”

Step three, “I am grateful I am now experiencing with…” Name of the person, fill in the blank. For example, “I am grateful I am now experiencing, with Steve, joy and harmony.” You can include anything else you want in the form of an “I am” statement.

The final step is to include this closing statement, “I am now choosing to create what I want. I am grateful and blessed to create my life. I am a joyful creator. I receive this new creation now.”

Now that you have written out what you want, you will do a visualization of it. Close your eyes and take a few minutes and see your creation coming to life. What are you feeling? What are you thinking? What looks different? What is, name of the person, saying and doing?

Cup your hands in front of your heart and take the energy of this new creation, and place it in your cupped hands. Then place the energy in your heart by bring your hands to your chest.

Remember, first identify what you are currently feeling, thinking, and experiencing.

Then, identify what you want instead, which is usually just the opposite of your issue.

Then, write your script, then go through it using tapping to help move the energy.

Shift it to what you want to create and then end with a visualization to help bring it into manifestation.
