Mirror Work Clearing Session for Self-Sabotage and Struggle

This session will teach you how to do mirror work in order to release deeply-seated beliefs held in your subconscious. These beliefs perpetuate patterns of self-sabotage and struggle. Once you let go, you are free to create new life patterns of affluence.

Most of the energy that keeps us stuck in patterns of struggle and sabotage are caused by beliefs and emotions that are held in the subconscious mind. By looking into a mirror at yourself and focusing your attention on first your right eye, and then your left eye, activates both the intellectual and emotional sides of your brain activity that the subconscious beliefs and emotions are held in.

You may feel emotional during this process. That is a good thing as you are allowing pent-up energy to be reclaimed and restored to your personal energy system which makes it available to use to create what you now want in life. You’ll need a hand mirror for this process. So, if you need to stop the video and go get one, do that now.

I recommend that this session only be used once a month, for yourself and only once a month if you use it in a proxy offering for someone else.

Repeat this affirmation after me. “I am easily and comfortably, clearing any and all, deeply held subconscious beliefs and emotions that keep me stuck in patterns of sabotage and struggle.I am eliminating the cause of whatever created these patterns and freeing myself from ever taking them back. Hold your hand mirror up so you can gaze at yourself in the mirror, and you’re going to take both eyes and gaze into your right eye. This connects you with the left brain, the intellectual side of your brain, to let go of subconscious beliefs that you hold there.

I’m going to go ahead and put my mirror down. You keep looking in your right eye while repeating.

Say, your first name. “I let go of my guilt and regret over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of my life.”

Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of my life.”

Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret for all of the mistakes, I believe I have made.” Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret about feeling worthless.”

Still looking into your right eye, the next three statements you’re going to fill in the blank with whatever comes to mind.

Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret over…” Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret over…”

Say your name. “I let go of my guilt and regret over…” Now, switch your gaze, so you’re looking into your left eye, which connects you to your right brain, the emotional side of your brain to let go of any subconscious emotional energy while repeating the following.

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of life.”

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of life.”

Say your name. “I let go of my anger and resentment over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of life.”

Say your name. “I let go of my anger and resentment over accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of life.” Keep looking in to your left eye.

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over being abandoned.”

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over being abandoned.”

Say your name. “I let go of my anger and resentment over being abandoned.”

Say your name. “I let go of my anger and resentment over being abandoned.”

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over my parents not being there for me in the way I needed them to be.”

Say your name. “I let go of my grief and sadness over my parents not being there for me in the way I needed them to be.”

You’re going to say the next statements and fill in the blank with whatever comes to mind.

Now, switch your gaze, so you’re looking back into your right eye.

Repeat the following.

Say your name. “I let go of my anger and resentment over…” Fill in with whatever comes to mind. “I let go of my anger and resentment over…” Take a deep breath. Now, focus again on your left eye to activate the energy of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is the act of forgiving the energy back to yourself and freeing yourself of the energy of the old stories and generational patterns. Forgiving others frees our energy from their energy.

And allows them to be accountable to the energy their choices created. Looking into your left eye, repeat the following.

Say your name. “I forgive you for accepting struggle and pain as a normal part of life.”

Say your name. “I forgive you for any mistakes you believe you made. I know you were doing the best you can.”

Say your name. “I forgive you for believing you were worthless.”

The next three statements, fill in the blank with whatever comes to mind.

Say your name. “I forgive you for…”

Say your name. “I forgive you for…”

Say your name. “I forgive you for…”

Still looking into your left eye, repeat the following. “I forgive you, God. I know you were always there for me and were honoring my choices and my soul learning.”

Now, focus on your right eye and see if anyone comes to mind that would be supportive for you to forgive. Thinking of that person looking into your right eye, repeat the following. “I forgive you,” name the person, “for,” say whatever comes to mind.

“I forgive you,” name that same person, “for,” say whatever comes to mind. “I forgive you for…” and again, “I forgive you,” name that person, “for,” saying whatever comes to mind.

You can continue to do the forgiveness process with other people if that energy is presenting itself. I recommend you only do the forgiveness process in reference to others no more than three times. While looking in to your right eye, take your other hand and place it in the center of your chest in the heart energy.

And while slowly moving your hand, rubbing the heart energy, repeat the following. Moving the hand in whatever direction feels correct for you. “Even though I have held these beliefs and emotions, I deeply love and accept myself. This issue is healed. Even though I’ve accepted these limiting beliefs as truths, I deeply love and accept myself and this issue is healed.Even though I have felt abandoned, I deeply love and accept myself and this issue is healed.”

While tapping up and around your ears, repeat the following. “I am forgiving myself. I am free. I am forgiving others. I am free.I am free of these deeply held energies. I am free to live my life as I choose.I’m allowing myself to thrive. I am free to be the true me.I am unconditionally loving myself. I am perfect just as God created me.I am living my life to the fullest.”

Take a deep breath. Go ahead and put the mirror down. Just think of… notice your whole body sitting there, come back into present moment time, be in the now with yourself. Good work. Another deep breath.

As I previously recommended, only do this process once a month. It is very powerful and could throw your life into chaos by shifting too much energy too fast. You can also use this clearing technique in proxy for others.

Just follow the steps I outlined in the proxy instructions video using this clearing technique. Just imagine you are the person that you are doing the proxy for. Be patient with yourself as you unwind and shift this hold energy. You are not the author of these energy patterns as they were created generations ago.

You’re choosing to be the author of your new reality. Congratulations on assisting yourself in creating the freedom to allow that to happen.
