Tibetan singing bowls can be used as a tool to clear disharmony and manifest your intentions into the physical realm. The vibrations of the sound created by the bowl enhance your own personal vibration, giving more power to your clearing and intention processes. I’ve personally used the singing bowls for over 15 years, and I’ve seen great results as I use them on a regular basis.
Today I’m going to assist you with a two-step process to resolve disharmony and give more power to your intentions to create an amazing life. Let’s start with an affirmation. Repeat after me. “I am clearing imbalances and disharmony. I am now creating what is timely and correct for me.”
The first step is to think of something in your life that’s causing disharmony, that’s out of balance, it’s an issue you’re dealing with.
It could be a physical issue in your body, it could be an emotional upset, it could be about a relationship issue. Maybe your mind is overthinking something and you’re not getting answers. Maybe there are some spiritual dilemmas you’re dealing with. Just think of one, one thing. What’s up for you? What’s presenting?
Bring that forward and as we now, as you have that on your mind, I’m going to just start the sound of the bowl. I want you to connect your energy with the bowl. You can even do a figure eight between you and the bowl. The sound. Keep breathing.
Let every cell hear that, your whole energy system hear that. Now throw your issue into the bowl, put it in. And I actually will rim in a counterclockwise direction. Put all of that energy that you’ve been feeling, processing, thinking, maybe some pain in your body, put it all in the bowl.
As all the tension is unwinding. The space is opening, the sound is opening space for resolution. For answers to come in, resources to show up, people to shift, healing to occur, opening the energy for all of that to happen. Receive that.
We’re now going to create what wants to happen in place of it, to support you in experiencing joy, happiness, affluence, healing, balance. Imagine that issue being resolved. What would it look like? What would you be saying to yourself?
What would other people be saying? How would you feel? If you’re not able to get a clear picture of what it looks like, at least you’ll know you’ll feel at peace. Everything’s okay. It worked out. I’m on the other side of this. Put your intention now into the bowl.
I am grateful this issue is healed. Throw that in the bowl. Feel the resolve. The energy is now being seeded to create that outcome. The sound is seeding that energy to start to manifest. Breathe that in.
I personally use this process at least once a week, if not more, to shift the energy so it can open and healing imbalance can occur. And then to put into motion what wants to be created that’s timely and perfect in my life. This bowl is larger than most bowls that people will invest in. But, it’s Carol Tuttle, it’s a big bowl. It is 500 years old that was handmade by a monk in ancient times.
Whether you purchase an antique bowl or one that’s newer, it’s perfect for you. Invest in this tool. It really assists you in using an active meditation process to help heal and then create what’s wanted in your life.
